Pick up Procedure

1. The pick up schedule is every Saturday from 1pm to 3pm

2. Kindly send us a message at 0932 322 3255 and look for Diona, to confirm the time that you intend to have your order picked up. Best to share us a link of the delivery route, should you decide to book a rider.

3. Please make sure to provide us with a working mobile number upon check out, to ensure smooth communication.

Shipping Procedure

We ship all orders every Saturday from 11AM to 3PM.

Here are a few reminders to ensure a smooth delivery:

1. Please make yourself available to receive your package on the prescribed delivery schedule. If you are not available, kindly assign someone to receive your package.

2. Please provide us an active mobile number, where we can easily reach you for faster coordination.

3. Delivery failures and requests for re-delivery due to communication lapses will be charged to the customer.
